0.4.1 - Release

Changelog:

• Added: Race minimap
• Added: 1 New car
• Fixed: UI scale on small resolution
• Fixed: Car controll problems (Random reverse motion)

I wanted to also finish that game will remember graphics settings but there are still some problems with it.If I can figure that out fast enough I will release 0.4.2
