web build updated to match the Afterthoughts version

The analytics tell me that people are still playing the web version of 12 Vengeful Ghosts. In the Afterthoughts version, there are a considerable number of adjustments that make the game feel better to play. Unfortunately, Afterthoughts doesn't have HTML5 support, so I decided to bite the bullet and update the game here too. I hope you web-only freaks (affectionate) enjoy these indiscernible changes.
