Version 9 - playable level and better balance

Managed to accomplish:

Todo this week:

• Rewrite logic for level manager and UI managers
• Save collected crystals and actually show this info somewhere
• Implement character unlock screen and level selection screen. 

Also, I've sent my game to first few friends, and got some feedback: 

• add more details to the background
• reduce effects noise 
• too easy
• reset button not working (I knew about it) 

My main tester - my daughter also provided a lot of feedback and it was gold as always, she helped me to design fire god and other god cats of course, more to come;)
