Patch (0.1.11)

Already needed to patch some stuff.

I just want to work on suki...

Anyway, during my tests I noticed some awkward ui traction when purchasing items. I also saw a bug when trying to buy the PLush Doll for Marron.

I decided to fix this, as well as bring in the "Gift" option when you are in a girl's bedroom. This was turned into a function and works a lot better now. 

Should work better for you all.
