Eternal Steppe 1.2.1 Update

Updated Eternal Steppe to 1.21 with a fistfull of fixes and improvements:

• Add country flags for languages
• Made bestiary and journal font smaller
• Made "Start" button much more visible
• Impoved some dialogue response options
• Improved visuals for skill cooldown progress
• Improved visuals for unavailable skills
