weekly upd8 1 - v0.03

- added outpost at end of path

- hireable party members in outpost

- colosseum fights

- summon skill added to reaper

- experimental controller support

    - LStick to move, A to interact/attack, Y to use gadgets

    - RB to switch heroes, LT to see map arrows

    - DPAD to control menus, start to pause

    - right stick + R3 to emulate mouse as backup for missing controller support

- added linux build

- audio defaults to reasonable volume
