More bug Fixes.

                   -Can No Longer run into wall in House

                                      -Object placement locations shifted away from corners to avoid this issue

                   -Running disabled in Mansion area, to avoid glitching into wall.

                   -issue with items being place-able without being inventory in a certain location resolved.
