New art and balance tweaks!

I've had so much motivation and have been working on Fully Dogomatic Demo non stop since the last update, and we are days away from the steam launch! So give it a try and please report any bugs or issues you find so we can make the demo launch as smooth as possible.

Changes:

• Balance tweaks to enemy spawn rates, upgrade prices, and price inflation rate.
• A new tile set for the level and slightly adjusted colors.
• New upgrades
  • Warp bullets
  • Shopaholic
  • Aim Assist
  • Gun Nut
  • Extreme Inaccuracy (may sound bad but with the right build can be extremely effective)
• Many bug fixes.
