Update 2024-09-26

Changes:

• Added mouse button support to States
• Added an option to disable joystick axis input in the States menu (for compatibility with controllers whose axis does not reset to 0)
• Cleaned up unnecessary layer info when saving Layer Sets

Bugfixes:

• Fixed an issue where the resize box wouldn't work due to conflicts with layer dragging
• Fixed an issue that would incorrectly register media keys as activating the first State in the list (due to them being an invalid key code)
• Fixed an issue that stopped some controller button States from deactivating
