Another small patch.

Changes

• Added MM/DD/YYYY date format.
• Fixed a bug where you couldn't drag the color picker window when starting a new game.
• Fixed a bug where the UI would fail to adapt to resolutions with an aspect ratio different than 16:9.

Known Issues

• Some windows might start out of their intended position in some resolutions.
