0.1.1 Update - Falling eggs

A couple additions have been made in this update.

• Currency. Enemies now drop currency when defeated. More drop with a higher streak. There's currently nothing to spend these on, but at least you can enjoy looting shiny objects.

• HP drops. As a way to regain health, cracking eggs now sometimes drop HP refilling bread extensions. Our beloved ninja bread also got a few more points of max health.

• Vertical threats. Some eggs are now able to crash land from above, and standing near their landing spot is not advised.

• Tweaks. The beat indicator has changed in style. Various other small visual, audio and gameplay tweaks have been made.
