Update #11 - Shaken, not Stirred

Hello Everyone!

The previous update introduced a bunch of bugs and Episode 2 wasn't playable at all. 
Build 0.2.0.1 should address them.

• Fix a few typos in Episode 2
• Differentiated the 'Summon' button in the grimoire more
• Added Bad End Warnings! (see the floating skull in the top left corner)
• Address visible Scroll bar on Title Screen
• Unlocked Episode 2 (will continue to do this with future episodes until final release) Looking forward to feedback as always.
