v0.92-bugfix released - Linux once more available

Howdy!

This is a minor bugfix release for v.092 :). One of the project backers asks for it.

FYI: Linux is about 7% of project downloads.

It contains the following changes:

• The Linux build is once more available. I had to change some small intervals to make it work, as I can’t use the RTTI mechanism now.
• Try to get rid of RTTI
• [Programming] Remove buggy random with rand()%imax -> replace with GUF function
• [BUG][PATREON] Too many handjob animations -> In some rare cases, the weight of the handjob could be too high, resulting in too many rhythm events
• [Bug] Fix handjob bug - tests fail
• Remove “She” from always added dominant names - Before that change, the “She” was always added as one of the dominant names, with so many options and availability to add custom names for her and her name (like Lily)
• [bug][trivial] stroke your for dick fast -> stroke your dick fast -> trivial fix on string reported to me through PM.
