UI added!

UI: 

• Added a basic layout for Health, XP, Equipment, and Currency.
• Elements listed above can now be tracked with the new basic UI

Weapon Upgrades:

• Added weapon upgrades with increasing costs to upgrade (Undecided whether I like this feature or not, I think it would make runs feel too similar to one another with too much consistent damage upgrades/knockback)
