V3 - Small Update "Commemorations"

A small enough update for things I thought about right after releasing that doesn't warrant v4.

• 2 New Flairs
  • "Founding" - Applies to items kept after being found in 2024.
  • "Vintage" - Applies to items kept for over a year.
• Player Status
  • Gives you a purely cosmetic "rank" based on how long you've played and what you've done.
• Money displayed now counts up to current cash instead of instantly changing.
• Keys & Crates no longer scale off the economy.
• Added a "Harder" setting if the game is too easy for you.
