I implemented a basic battle message UI to the battle scene so that there is more actual feedback for the player about what is happening. Right now it only has a basic implementation and the UI will receive a general visual overhaul in the future!
The game feels like an actual game now to me and I am glad some of the basic bones of the battle system are implemented. I cannot wait to continue working on this game and I'll do my best to update it regularly.
