Jam Hotfix v1.1

Hello! The end of the jam is approaching soon and I thought it'd be good to get some last-minute improvements to the game before judging starts.

Changes:

• The game includes a crosshair that can be resized or turned off. Find it in the Sounds and Graphics menu within the options.
• Controls for movement can be rebound and will be saved/loaded to a config file.
• The way the UI scales on displays should handle different resolutions a bit better now.
• The options menu is divided into tabs to make navigation easier
• Uncrouching right before landing on the ground will no longer snap your camera up to standing height.
• Removed unused skybox files and updated them to use a smaller file format.
