Sept 21 - item holding, sound FX, waves
Features
- objects held pass through everything until 1) they're thrown 2) they're no longer colliding with stuff
- player doesn't immediately disappear upon destruction
- menu system: title, story, tutorial level, actual level
- phase system for enemies - level reloads and spawns in a new wav
- sound FX when objects hit each other
- sound FX when lasers hit anything (this was annoying...)
