v5 of the Deathlands Score Kit

v5 of the Deathland Score kit includes these additions:

1. People sections in both theaters now have two tables
   1. Backers: The people sponsoring the crew, or sponsoring the crew's opponents.
   2. Rival (optional): If you want there to be an opposing crew, this table gives you some quick options ranging from friendly factions to spirit warden teams!
2.   The Lost District's Goals and Obstacles tables are larger, each containing 36 items
