Pixel Style 1,2, and 3 all updated with new Color Palettes based on finalbossblues Time Fantasy assets

UPDATE*  After feedback from my Patreon and in connection with the first project there, I've updated all the pixel-style packs to include color palettes from Time Fantasy by finalbossblues.  We added a 120 color palette and a 192 color palette, an increase of roughly 750 new image files.
