Update v0.2 Language Pack

• Bugs to fix:
  
  • BUG FIXED!!! :
    • exiting and relaunching the game does not properly save stars spent in the shop

• Things that will get added:
  • ADDED!!! :
    
    • Select a Language. (nice little cutscene with Mario & Luigi)
      • cutscene disappears when exit and relaunch the game. Only plays once.
    • Chosen language gets saved when exiting and relaunching the game

• Expected release:
  • tonight or tomorrow night
