Version 1.1 released
The following adjustments have been made to both regular and low-ink versions (more significant changes in bold):
- Adjusted ‘zombie virus vaccine item so that it is consistent with the explanation of its use in the ‘Becoming infected’ section
- Final encounter ‘Zombie Horde’ changed from 2 standard zombies to D4 standard zombies
- Pistol item now always comes with 6 bullets
- Added ammo can to jobs that start with a pistol
- Updated Manhattan map item – used once per location, not once per event
- Lincoln tunnel enemy 3-4 – redundant detail about body armour effect removed
- Harlem event 5 – No longer have the option to sacrifice items to avoid combat; slight wording change so it is clear you have to pick from the items and you don’t get them all
- Midtown enemy 1-2 – now attracts D4 standard zombies instead of 1 – a bit more challenging!
- Minor text changes to some jobs
- Central Park enemy 3-4 – typo corrected
- Central Park event 4 – slight wording change
- Central Park event 6 – slight wording change
- Midtown event 2 – removed reference to enemy name from instruction (already established in flavour text)
- Midtown event 5 – slight wording change
- Lincoln tunnel event 1 – slight wording change
- Lincoln tunnel event 2 – slight wording change
- Made references to dice more consistent – now always structured as follows – D8 and D8 + 1
- Enemy names in combat encounters consistently bold
- Adjusted the layout of the ‘fighting’ section
- Slight wording adjustment of the ‘becoming infected’ section
