- ask for confirmation before deleting a save file
- split the "jumping around" level in two new tuto levels "long jumps" and "high jumps"
- add a new "jumping around" level
- the scroll containers now follow the focus (previously they wouldn't scroll when selecting an entry below the visible screen)
- the player can now drop through a platform
- add a new "platforms" tuto level
- fix a bug where the level selection would fail if a level didn't have any coins
- fix a bug on the coyote jump not working on platforms moving up
- add a new "platform drop" level
