Improved support of DOSBox Staging 0.82

  • Some of the DOSBox Staging settings supported by Dapplegrey has been upgraded to 0.82
  • Selecting a machine mode (CGA, VGA, Hercules, and so on) works again when using DOSBox Staging
  • Configuration window now closes when its "Close" button has been clicked
