Demo Patch 1.01

A patch to address the feedback and bug reports from players, after yesterdays Demo launch:

• invalid steam username during character select on client fixed
• added a "Join Friend" button to the main menu to make joining a friends session easier
• added a "Start" & "End" indicator to the labyrinth minigame
• fixed a connection problem when trying to connect to the game for the second time
• removed settings from ingame pause menu
• numpad keys now work for changing cameras as well
• hidden Mission Controls quest log during the cutscene in the "Spacewalk" mission
