new version (0.93) - what's new?

This update is mainly focused on friendlier use for mobile use, plus you can now select a colour.

Added
- choose the colour of your coffee cup.
- added an orientation (landscape versus portrait) check for mobile device users.

Changed
- aspect ratio changed from 4:3 to 16:9 (the app is now in widescreen^^)
- all fonts are bigger when you click on the mobile icon.
- the project now starts in full screen. This works perhaps better for mobile users.

Bugfixes
- images were not clickable for mobile users.
