B&W Rulebook updated to v16

Hello fellow Villagers!

I'll be quick. I had a changelog all written out and then... navigated away from the page. So I'll just drop the changelog for now. I'll update more another time. Probably on Monday.

* Cannibal is now shuffled face-up by default. Feel free to do elsewise.
* Credits updated.
* Discard turn option removed. (It was boring anyway.)
* Drained the colours and ink requirements. Should be better. (Although still not done.)
* Multiple minor fixes to small things.

That's it. I'm not navigating away this time.
