Minor fixes and improvements

• Menu should now behave more expectedly with mouse input, and move between mouse and buttons more smoothly
• Results menu should no longer require up/down input to move between the buttons
• Fixed the letter Q on the UI font
• Fixed non-challenge gamemodes crashing if the map selector is not interacted with before pressing start
• Updated the help page with minor clarification, and updated the controls to better match the new aiming style
