Changelog

• Further nerfed Brood Queen HP, as well as Cyclone Slash damage
• Changed encounter rate formula to be less wildly inconsistent, and reduced encounter rates across the board
• Tweaked wording of Keen Eye to clarify that it can set up for allies as well
  
• Changed Daunting tutorial to call out stagger gauge
• Rearranged some dialogue options to make it less likely to accidentally skip tutorials
• Moved character sprites upwards to better align with tiles (& hopefully make it more obvious that some areas can be walked on)
