Added invincibility shader (might change some more)
Added new and improved "press this key" graphics
Improved "press this gamepad button" graphic
Added "click this mouse button" graphic
Added keyboard/mouse controls to the Tutorial level
Fixed where damage text was too small to fit some values
Added "choose account" text to AccountChooser
Added welcome text to AccountEditor
Made most of the choices now use the pixelated font (might change)
Improved tutorial overall (made it easier for new players)
Moved account settings choices under separate settings choice
Add score display to FFA game mode
Add an animation for game settings screen opening/closing
Added hop animation for join ui
Added game settings arrow for hover over game settings choice (will change)
Removed in control on bottom left of game settings
Added "devices" text to the device tracker thing
Fixed money text color and size
Gave players starting $10000 when they first create their account
Fixed middle in spin special not bouncing off springs
