v0.4.0 Patch Notes

The wait is over! Version 0.4.0 of Sincantation is out, and brings a bundle of new features, systems, fixes, and improvements!

Highlights:

• Bosses! - Fight epic bosses to win swaths of loot!
• The shop - Trade gold for items and boosts!
• Take inventory - Hoard spells and keep them safe for future use! *wink wink*
• Spell mixing - Those spells you were hoarding? Combine them for powerful new combinations!
• Progression overhaul - We’ve re-designed game balance for faster and more rewarding progression!
• Spell shards - Find shards scattered around the dungeon, and combine them to create new spells!
• And plenty of other bugfixes and general improvements.

Note: The web version is missing from this update - we’re working on it!

Sorry for the long wait! Admittedly, the bulk of this update has been ready for a while, but due to scheduling issues and other obligations, we haven’t been able to get the team together for the final push until now.
