Done! It is done! Version 1.6 is here with a bunch of additions.
A primitive skill system is now available, and will be developped as more options to exploit it are added. With it comes a Stat menu (where the Sanity level can also be checked) and the lying skill. More skills should come into this, but this is the first tool in Sansa's box for now.
It is now possible to save! Using a save from a previous build could cause troubles for the player as they wouldn't have any access to the new content anymore, but it could prove useful still (like not losing progress). The option the save is made available in the save menu.
The Inventory has been upgraded; it now has its own menu (I know, menus everywhere) and can now contain a lot more objects; mainly, jewelry. The jewelry can be used to corrupt (or unsuccessfully attempt) to corrupt several characters and open new doors. A small easter egg of a flower has also been added.
The guards' dialogs now reflect the possibility of corruption, which fleshes out Hodr and Dalian a bit more character as well.
A whole new character (who is really disagreable because he was a pain to add) can also be interracted with! There are many ways to approach him - so many that I won't bother to count.
Two places have been added: the Well's Yard and the Gardens. They don't serve much of a purpose for now, but it widens the grounds Sansa can roam.
Finally, added a time limit on the effect the dogs escaping had, so the player can only use them as a distraction for so long before they're stuck once more. The dogs escaping also earns a reaction from the description of the places they are in.
