First and Second day of Brackeys Game Jam 2024.2

This is my first time that I join a game jam. Also my firs time making a dev log. (Learning here)

The idea of the game:

You play as a shipwreck survivor washed up on a island. Your goal is to gather resources, find a shelter, and prepare for an approaching tropical storm.

Day 1:

Game Ideas, and basic implementation and creation of basic Tilemap and Character Sprites

Day 2:

• Some basic UI
• Day/Nigth Cycling
• Rain (Preparing for the storm)
• Very basic Task System
• Pickup Items from Trees and Floor
