Development Log September #1

Hello, everyone!

As we approach the end of the month, we wanted to take a moment to share some exciting updates on the progress of Project Atmosphere. Here’s what we've been working on:

• Jesse’s Expanded Role: This week, we've been fully immersed in creativity, focusing on expanding Jesse’s presence in the game. We’ve added a new scene with Jesse and the MC in their unit, and another scene in the corridor after the conversation with Yui and Mia. Expect a lot more of Jesse in the upcoming content—there’s plenty of her story to explore, and we think you’ll really enjoy what’s coming.

• Jesse’s Character Redesign: We’ve also been working on refining Jesse’s design. We’ve optimized her character model to make posing easier and improved the details to enhance her overall appearance. While these changes aren’t global, they significantly impact the quality and fluidity of her animations.

• Character Lore and Interaction: We’ve been thinking a lot about the backstories of our characters, and we want to start sharing more about them with you. Jesse, for instance, has her own interests, hobbies, and a rich background that we’re excited to explore. To dive deeper into the lore, we’ll be posting a series of updates that focus on each character’s story. We also plan to incorporate this lore into the game itself in future updates, so stay tuned for more ways to connect with the characters in the game world. • Important Patreon Changes for iOS: We wanted to inform you about some important changes coming to Patreon that will impact how new memberships are processed through the iOS app starting in November 2024.
