Disinherited v 1.02 -- Quick Fixes!

Just a lil first patch notes from early feedback!

• Dialogue Display had an issue that got fixed (overlapping text, sometimes wouldn't make it to full size)
• Some various sound-levelling issues
• Skip button on intro cutscene now has visual feedback (and scales with screen size)
• Interacting with the Bead Trader is now somewhat clearer
• Null Reference should no longer trigger when dying and selecting "no" to Reincarnate

Thanks for the suggestions, and for all who have played already! 1.02 for Mac and Linux coming shortly.
