The Pledge Update

Hello Scoundrels,

Updated the layout and rules of the Pledge playbook. Nothing huge, mostly just wanted to make the layout my own rather than copying what was in the book.

Some slight changes to the rules. 

• Fine Unusual Weapon is now a Fine Improvised Weapon
• Ghost Network special ability is now Alley Friends, and is more about having underground friends rather than just ghost friends.
• Other than that just clarifying and rewording things

Also the Pledge is now on DriveThruRPG!
