My very first patch! Gosh, just like a real Dev...

Based on some feedback from the Buccaneer himself, and a non-PnC savvy friend, here's a couple fixes I made:

BuccBD1.1--

• Final cutscene timings tweaked to give just a little more breathing room for the player to take things in.
• Custom responses added for Buccy interacting with the fishing rod
• Buccy no longer clips awkwardly with the chest when trying to walk up close to the porthole (boy was this annoying)
