Dev V0.53 - The Mobile and Scaling update!

This update brought the android port!

It also includes optimisations, mobile touch controls, and fixes with the way the game handles different shaped screens, the game is now forced into 16:9 aspect ratio in order to fix many different bugs related to ultrawide displays.
