Colors are now formatted as hex codes for Feather niceness

Turns out that this thingy is so old that it pre-dates GM hex codes, meaning you don’t get Feather tooltips when you mouse over the color codes.

So the colors are now formatted as hex codes, so you now get Feather tooltips when you mouse over the color codes.
