Version 0.8 is out!
Version 0.8 is now ready to be played.
Due to some computer issues, I had to release this version 1 day late. I'll make sure it doesn't happen again since next version is also going to be a Halloween one special.
Now here's some of the new stuff in this version
- 4 new levels;
- Mission 10, a pursuit involving a high ranking member of the Nest
- Mission 11, a mission which in the second half makes you fight through enemies to escape
- Mission M, a somewhat simple fight with a boss set on a bridge
- Mission N, an obstacle course to reach a boss
- Small changes to the visuals;
- Skills now have sprites assigned to them which are used in the UI
- Added a animation to transition between menus and normal gameplay
- Now the FPS count is always shown
- The Double Barrel Shotgun, Standard Rifle, Standard Semi-auto and Smol Guun now have default alt fires (the other shotguns and rifles will follow soon)
- Some buffs and reworks to the following skills;
- "XV, Le Diable" can no longer kill you by accident
- "XVII, L'Étoile"'s projectile now last longer and pierce walls and enemies
- "XIX, Le Soleil" deals more damage, simple as
- "XX, Le Jugement" the explosion when using the melee version now follows the player.
- Multiple bug fixes such as;
- bringing back mission text and particles
- rendering issues with the radio transmissions
- Minor rewrites for clarity here and there
- An option to change languages is now there, although no other translation is done yet
