A new version of the pdf is up once again! This version has...
-More formatting fixes and text edits.
-A few helpful tips for Game Directors at relevant points.
-The World & Roleplaying section has been renamed to "Running Kernel" to better illustrate it's where Game Director information can be found.
-Added rules for a small but helpful addition: Luxury Cargo. This is a type of cargo specific for Community Oversight and grants a Community die if retrieved.
-Pdf performance improvements.
