New release - mines and turbo

We've pushed another update with new gameplay features:

• We've added a new type of obstacle. Mines explode when you run into them - they do not slow you down, but they explode and cause damage. And of course, they do not stop the missiles.
• You can now activate turbo mode as a way to get out of difficult situations. Turbo allows you to drive faster than missiles, but only for a limited amount of time. Press the right trigger on a controller, or left shift for the WSAD player or right shift for the arrows player to activate it.
