Tutorial v2 - part 1

The new version contains the new tutorial level and the hints.  The "Test Range" level will follow later.

Also new:
- you can get some more bonus points when you finish a level faster than the first trophy time limit.
- some performance fixes to reduce draw calls
- hiding money in tutorial levels to make it clearer that those don't count
- some minor fixes
