Hello,
I'm releasing a fix for the issue where the bullets don't connect with the enemies - a lot. It seemed to be a performance related issue since with some tweaks I don't experience it nearly as much on my machine. Other's who played the inital release reported no such problems so they must have a much beefier machine than mine :)
Anyway it's now much easier to complete the level and experience the upgrades, which is basically the point of this Ludum Dare project. See if you can earn enough points to get the scatter shot! It's the most fun. Too bad there's so little level to enjoy it in. :( I think I like longer jams for this reason - just more time to crank out more stuff. Alas, perhaps that's just a problem of scope. Something I should do a post mortem on.
Anyway, I hope you try and enjoy the update!
