Menu Enhancements

A smaller update this time around. Primarily to fix a missing icon that slipped through, but also includes the following updates to the UI:

• Updated navigation buttons for selecting the image of the card back
• Hide cards on the table when the game is paused
  • Instead of cards the word "paused" is displayed
• After winning the cards are hidden and the word "victory" is displayed
