Changes in v1.1

Content and features:

• A new type of enemy, slower, takes more hits and deals more damage.
• If the round is in the chamber, reloading is faster.

Technical changes:

• Better support for different resolutions.
• Linux binary for and amd64 arch only (first version was x86).
