Engineer Compatibility Changes

1. The Projectile Count item now works with the Engineer. When you select it, each of your Firing Drones shoots an additional projectile per shot.
2. When you select the Engineer, you now no longer have the option to pick a weapon. Engineer doesn't have a weapon.
