Advanced Buttons 1.1 Bug Fixes

Resolved an issue where the extension might not start correctly if you have many decks in SAMMI.

To update:

1. Back up any custom buttons or commands within the Advanced Button Functions premade deck.
2. Download the updated .sef file.
3. Install the extension. When SAMMI prompts you to replace it, click yes. When SAMMI asks if you want to replace the deck, click yes.
4. Restart SAMMI.
5. You’re all set!
