Royal Switch version 0.10.1 Interim Release

This is an interim release of Royal Switch, in which some bugs are squashed, some dialogue edited, and some user interface improvements introduced. 

Changelog:

• Fixed some reported bugs (many of these fixes were included in the earlier hotfix).
• Edited some dialogue from earlier scenes, in particular the "Siobhan's Offer" scenes.
• Removed "refuse first, then accept" pathway for the "Feed Bruno" task. This should fix the last of the scenes where a bratty response will loop back so that the reader must eventually do the task.
• Added option in the "Preferences" menu, so that players can change the dialogue and menu fonts.
