it's time for news here and today I want to share with you all a GREAT news.
I managed to create an equip/unequip system that I like, so now buying things from apparently weird vendors is actually... useful?!
Yeah because it's not clear what is the hidden quality of an armament until you buy it. Vendors are... greedy (not all) and they will try their best to lure you into buying a "KATANA +10000" that deals only 1 damage.
So... feel free to buy, equip, die! And then repeat the process until you understand what an armament (or instant use item) is capable of.
It's a matter of having a WIKI, really. Or a notebook.
Player is now able to:
- visualize personal inventory, time based order
- equip armaments/items, use items (potions, etc)
- visualize total golds, statistics (may change), and other useful things (?)
- Helmet/face
- Armor/cloth
- Hand dx
- Hand sx (wonder what is capable of eheh)
- Trinket (amulets, rings, etc)
Every item come with different value that modifies health, attack, def or speed. Even all of them at the same time (yeah, you will likely never get such a rare item).
Equipped items also come with penalties, a BIG armor will surely slow you down. This means that it may put you second in a fight, and this is bad... very bad.
